How to Add More Bots in CSGO
Welcome to another blog post by Proconfig.net, your go-to source for all things Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO). Today, we’ll be discussing how to add more bots in your CSGO matches. Bots can be a useful addition to enhance your gameplay experience, allowing you to practice your skills or simply have some fun. So, let’s get started on adding more bots to your CSGO matches!
Step 1: Enabling the Developer Console
In order to add more bots to your CSGO matches, you’ll need to enable the developer console. To do this, navigate to your game settings and select the “Game” tab. Check the box next to “Enable Developer Console (~)” to enable it.
Step 2: Launching the Developer Console
Once the developer console is enabled, you can open it by pressing the “~” key on your keyboard. This will bring up a text box at the top of your screen.
Step 3: Adding Bots
To add bots to your CSGO matches, you’ll need to enter a specific command in the developer console. The command to add bots is “bot_add_t” for Terrorist team or “bot_add_ct” for Counter-Terrorist team. Simply type the desired command in the developer console and press enter.
For example, if you want to add one bot to the Terrorist team, you would type “bot_add_t” without the quotes in the console. Similarly, if you want to add one bot to the Counter-Terrorist team, you would type “bot_add_ct”.
If you want to add multiple bots, you can specify the number after the command. For instance, to add three bots to the Counter-Terrorist team, you would type “bot_add_ct 3”.
Step 4: Adjusting Bot Difficulty
By default, the bots in CSGO have a moderate difficulty level. If you want to change their skill level, you can use the “bot_difficulty” command. This command can be followed by three possible values: “easy”, “normal” (default), and “hard”.
For example, if you want to add a hard difficulty bot to the Terrorist team, you would type “bot_add_t; bot_difficulty hard” in the console.
Step 5: Removing Bots
If you decide that you want to remove the bots from your match, you can use the command “bot_kick” followed by the number of bots you want to remove. For example, to remove two bots, you would type “bot_kick 2” in the console.
Alternatively, if you want to remove all bots at once, you can use the command “bot_kick all”. This will remove all the bots from the match.
And that’s it! You now know how to add and remove bots in your CSGO matches. Whether you want to practice against AI opponents or set up a fun bot-filled game with your friends, this guide should help you get started. Happy fragging!
